Mrs. Karen Annette White was born July 10, 1962 in Ft. Worth, TX to Mr. Homer Lee Evans and Mrs. Martha Marie King Evans. She passed from this life October 4, 2021 at her home in Marshall, TX, surrounded by her loving family.
Karen was raised in Oak Grove Louisiana surrounded by her family and friends. She was truly an inspiration to every one she met because of the amazing strength and love she carried with her. She had a heart of true gold and loved her family unconditionally. She spent her later years spending every moment she could with all of her grandchildren and her family. Not only did she spoil them beyond words, she allowed her love and strength to be passed to them by her words and actions. She fought so hard throughout her life and always put others before her own self. She loved her husband dearly and they truly were made for one other. She loved fishing on the reservoir, watching Judge Judy, her coffee time with family, and the movie Ever After. She leaves behind a remarkable legacy and memory that will never be forgotten and will be cherished and sustained by her family and friends. Not a day will go by that we won’t think of you and miss you so much, yet God needed you and your strength and now you are rejoicing in Granny Gooses arms while Nana Glenda sings Patsy Cline. We all love you moon and stars and we will see you again.
Karen White was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Ronnie Evans and Baby Boy Evans; and her nephew, Joe Joe Woodward. Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 33 years, Glenn White; her children, Bradley Woodward of Marshall, TX, Kelly White of Canton MS, and Bethany White of Marshall, TX; her five grandchildren, Cassity White, Nickolas Woodward, Jayde Johnson, Levi Johnson, and Jeavey Groves; her siblings, Janie & Billy Paige of Edwards, MS, Sue & Jody Woodward of Raymond, MS, David and Judy Evans of Bastrop, LA, Theresa Butler of Marshall, TX, Chuck Evans of Raymond, MS, and Rick and Gena Evans of Goodwill, LA, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and a host of dear friends.
